Worksheets

Short, printable, and meant to be used rather than admired. One page, one skill, and something to do with it tonight.

For the conversation that needs a way in

This shelf is for the moment when you know roughly what is going wrong but cannot find a useful next sentence. A worksheet narrows the problem: listening without preparing a defence, answering distress with empathy, or noticing which parts of yourself have become difficult to reach.

Use one on your own first or print a copy each. The point is not to fill every box correctly. It is to put something concrete on the table so you are not trying to solve the whole relationship in one conversation.

On this shelf

Three printable tools are in the publisher’s list: questions that help you listen actively, words for expressing empathy, and a check of how emotionally available you are. Each page below tells you what is inside and who it is for. All three are still being finished, so none has a price or a buy button.

What you can use now

The Check-In, on paper, is the finished place to start. Print one copy each, answer the same twenty questions separately, then compare. It shows you which of five parts of the relationship is taking the strain without turning the result into a verdict.

There are two other finished PDFs in the free shelf. Ten lies you were told about love is for the expectations you carried in without noticing. The green flag / red flag decoder separates something genuinely worrying from something unfamiliar, including the awkward middle category.
