Getting in touch
There is no contact form on this page. A form that quietly goes nowhere is worse than no form at all, so here is an address instead, and a person reads it.
This is a two-person operation, so a reply can take a few days. Everything gets read.
What to include
If it is about something you bought, send the order number — it looks like and it is at the top of your receipt — along with the address you bought with. That is usually enough to sort it out in one reply rather than three.
If a download will not open, tell us which file and which device. If you cannot get into your account, say which address you are trying, and do not send us your password. We will never ask for it, and neither will anybody legitimately writing to you as us.
Things you can do without writing to anyone
- Reset your password if you cannot sign in.
- Download what you have bought again, as often as you like.
- Cancel a Library Card yourself, in one click.
- Stop the emails from the link at the bottom of any one of them.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it.
Your data
What we keep and why is set out on the privacy page. If you want a copy of your data, or want it erased, email the address above and say so plainly — you do not need to cite any legislation at us to be taken seriously.
