Something feels slightly off between you and your partner. What are you most likely to do?

I want to talk about it fairly quickly so I understand what's happening. I start thinking about it a lot and looking for signs that something has changed. I tend to give it space and hope things settle naturally. I start thinking about what I might need to do differently to make things better. I can become frustrated that we're having an issue at all and want it resolved quickly.
