The 7-Day Reboot — the first three days
Three mornings, one small mission each. Most of them take under ten minutes, and you do not have to announce that you are doing it.
This is for the stretch where nothing is wrong exactly, but nothing is close either — where you are being perfectly polite to someone you used to be delighted by. It does not ask for a weekend away or a difficult conversation you are not ready for.
The first three days are free while the rest of the week is being finished. If they change anything, you will know soon enough whether the other four are worth it.
